For Antwerp, we are looking for a Hands-on Supervisor for the Housekeeping team in a 5-star hotel.
You lead the team and ensure that hotel guests always stay in a clean and pleasant environment, where high standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities:
?? Actively cleaning guest rooms?? Strengthening and coaching the team?? Communicating with the team and clients?? Managing schedules, planning, and quality control????? Onboarding and training new employees?? Supporting nearby hotels when needed
Profiel
You have experience in hotel housekeeping and are not afraid to work hands-on.
Time management comes naturally to you.
You oversee cleaning quality, train new team members, and step in yourself when required.
Experience in leading a team is a plus.
You are flexible with working hours and do not mind weekend work (morning, day, or occasional evening shifts).
You communicate fluently in English; Dutch is an asset.
