Site Supervisor

Are you done with staring at the same four walls every day? At Leisure Pioneers we build and maintain the ultimate entertainment venues: high-end karting tracks, arcades, and leisure centers. We are looking for a Site Supervisor who combines technical brains with leadership skills. You are the bridge between the plan on paper and the reality on the track.
Your Mission:
You are our "boots on the ground." You visit our European clients to manage new builds, perform major maintenance , or upgrade existing facilities.
- The Boss on Site: You lead the team, coordinate subcontractors, and coach the crew. Our dynamic and experienced team is always right behind you.
- Warehouse: Between projects you spend your time doing minor assembly and preparation in our warehouse.
- Technical Wizardry: You’re not just watching; you’re working. From troubleshooting electronics in an arcade to installing steel constructions – you are a hands-on problem solver.
Profiel
- Technical Background: Experience within a On-field technical setting is a massive plus (Bachelor level or equivalent experience).
- Leader: You are good with people. You stay calm when things go wrong and focus on solutions.
- You’re an all-rounder: comfortable in a mixed environment (mechanical, installation, coating and assembly)
- Travel: You enjoy traveling internationally for installations, but you also love the satisfaction of servicing existing clients.
