- You will manage the team of road workers and motivate them in the work to be carried out.
- You monitor progress and ensure correct and qualitative execution of the work.
- You are responsible for the work distribution of the workers in accordance with agreed activities, released plans, time agreements, etc
- You monitor the performance of your people and report this correctly to the site managers.
- Finally, you work actively yourself on the site.
