Functieomschrijving
- Lead and manage the Brussels office: ensure smooth operations, coordinate teams, establish structures.
- Develop business: identify and pursue new leads, build the client portfolio, elevate market profile, especially in fit-out and Design & Build sectors.
- Oversee project delivery: assure quality, respect deadlines, satisfy clients.
- Participate in project phases where needed: design, tendering, execution etc.
- Provide leadership: motivate, guide, grow the local team, foster corporate culture.
- Contribute to group strategy: collaborate with other regional offices, support innovative initiatives.
Profiel
- Advanced academic background (architecture or engineering), with substantial relevant experience (~10+ years).
- Demonstrated record in business development & team leadership, particularly in office/retail fit-out or general contracting / design-build projects.
- Deep knowledge of Belgian market (both French- and Dutch-speaking regions) and Brussels in particular.
- Bilingual French & English; Dutch is a strong asset.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset: autonomy, proactivity, solution orientation.
