Oversee the budget follow-up process and create clear overviews of the team's budget usage.
Manage and maintain the department's SharePoint platforms and support KPI reporting and visualisation tools.

Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support for the department.

Educational background in administration, business management, or a similar field, preferably with exposure to larger or multinational organisations.
At least one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within an international environment.
Familiarity with purchase order and invoicing procedures is considered an advantage.
Strong command of English is required; knowledge of Japanese or additional languages is a plus.
Very good skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools, including Power BI and Power Automate.
You are organised, proactive, flexible, and able to handle pressure. You are comfortable working with numbers and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
