About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support and improve our online B2B sales processes, with future expansion into B2C.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations to ensure smooth and efficient digital ordering processes. This is a process-driven role ideal for a junior professional eager to grow in a commercial and digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor the B2B customer purchasing journey from order placement to delivery.
- Assist with order processing and data accuracy in ERP/CRM systems.
- Help maintain correct product setup, pricing and account configurations.
- Identify simple process improvements and support implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IT to improve website functionality and digital sales flows.
- Support the development of our future B2C channel.
- Act as a contact point for order-related customer questions.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to operational improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Administration, Customer Service or similar role.
- Ideally previous experience managing your own webshop or working with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong interest in digital sales processes and online customer journeys.
- Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset.
- Positive solution-thinking and willingness to improve processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
