Sales & Operations coördinator
Functieomschrijving
The candidate will coordinate all Sales and Operations Planning activities of the European division of Kaneka Foam Plastics in EMEA. This includes managing the availability and supply reliability of the end product, its packaging and all activities related to facilitation and improvement of the supply chain activities.
You will:• Collect and consolidate sales forecasts, translate them into demand and supply plans, and align these with production and logistics.• Monitor stock levels, delivery performance, and order flow, resolving bottlenecks to ensure on-time-in-full service.• Provide clear reporting and analysis on demand, supply, and inventory to support decision-making.• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Warehousing to achieve lean and cost-efficient operations.• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting, planning, and process efficiency.• Support product lifecycle management through product range reviews, performance analysis, and coordination of product introductions and phase-outs.
Profiel
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.• Knowledge of forecasting.• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain coordination, customer service operations, or S&OP (ideally in B2B/industrial environment).• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and knows how to perform data analysis.• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.• Proficient in the use of MS OFFICE• Some first experience in S&OP Processes is highly valued but not required• Open to innovate processes and products and to challenge the status quo• Hands-on and teamplay mentality
