Regional Manager - Curry Club

The role
The Regional Manager is responsible for the daily operational success of all Curry Club
locations.
This role acts as the bridge between HQ and the floor, supporting teams, improving systems
and ensuring consistent quality across all outlets.
It is a hands on leadership role with real responsibility and impact.
Key focus area
Overseeing daily operations across all Curry Club outlets and kiosks
Supporting and coaching teams and managers on the floor
Improving workflows, speed and guest experience
Ensuring consistent execution of menus, recipes, hygiene and standards
Supporting kitchen teams during menu rollouts and system updates
Monitoring stock, food cost, waste and operational efficiency
Analysing performance and KPIs and translating insights into actions
Supporting delivery platforms, POS systems and day to day technical challenges
Reporting clearly to management and contributing to the growth of Curry Club
Profiel
- Strong background in hospitality and kitchen operations
- Comfortable leading teams and working hands on
- Structured, clear and solution oriented
- Strong communication skills and sense of ownership
- Flexible in working hours and open to moving between locations
- Based in Antwerp with a valid drivers license
