Receiving Shipping Clerk
Functieomschrijving
Receiving Duties:
Issue Sales Orders (SO), Return Authorizations (RA), and service work orders.
Receive incoming shipments and process packing lists and discrepancy/repair documentation.
Assist with processing purchase orders and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
Follow Quest ISO procedures.
Shipping Duties:
Clean and package outgoing items according to procedures and customer requirements.
Coordinate freight pick-ups and process shipping reports.
Decontamination Duties:
Perform product decontamination according to assigned work instructions.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
Profiel
Succesful candidate:
Bilingual in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.
At least one year of shipping/receiving or related experience.
Able to lift and push up to 18 kg and operate warehouse equipment (walkie, truck, forklift).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and able to type 45 WPM.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
