QA Associate - Ghent - Temporary - English
Functieomschrijving
As a QA Associate (Temporary), you'll play an important role in ensuring the quality, safety and compliance of medical devices across the European market.
You'll partner with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and QA/RA colleagues to maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and EU MDR standards, while driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a regulated international environment, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier quality: Maintain and monitor supplier quality agreements.
- Lead change control: Evaluate and approve product or process changes in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support QMS activities: Assist with quality documentation, audits, CAPA, and other QA processes.
- Ensure compliance: Verify that all products and processes meet ISO 13485 and MDR standards.
- Collaborate across teams: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and report key quality activities to management.
Profiel
- Max. 5 years of experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles; experience with ISO 13485 or MDR is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proactive, organized and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Aanbod
- A (+/-) 6-month temporary assignment in a global healthcare company.
- Hybrid work setup: 2-3 days per week in the Ghent office, remainder remote.
- Flexible schedule: Choose between 3/5, 4/5, or full-time.
