Project & Process Engineer - Industrial Site
Functieomschrijving
- Develop and implement the CI program in consultation with site managers.
- Ensure follow-up and successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Lead multiple projects, both large and small, from design to execution.
- Craft custom solutions and provide expert insights to exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Develop, layout, and optimize industrial processes.
- Collect and analyze data to design, test, and implement new or improved processes.
- Support CI projects and Kaizen initiatives on-site.
- Implement best practices from other sites and help transition to Industry 4.0.
- Contribute to automation projects and build stability and productivity on critical machines.
- Supervise operational and CI projects from start to finish with the site team.
- Deliver training related to Kaizen, VSM, and CI methodologies.
Profiel
- Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in process improvement, Lean tools, and project management.
- ERP systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with drawing packages and programming tools for robotics.
- Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong analytical skills, technical insight, and ability to work under deadlines.
