We are currently looking for a “Product Owner / Business Analyst” (M/F) to support our growth in the fields of product development, product delivery (projects) and product marketing.
Job Content
Joining our team as Product Owner / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of some of our products, from concept to launch. As the key link and the cornerstone bridging business objectives, user needs, and technical execution, you will:
- Translate the strategic axes and priorities from the management team into tactical roadmaps
- Analyse and understand problems within the big picture in our business and processes context;
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to define product requirements that meet customer needs and organisation compliance.
- Conduct deeper research to complement requirements and optimize market/product fit.
- Use tools like flowcharts, process diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to visually communicate and clarify workflows of the solutions.
- Translate product requirements into concrete specifications or technical artifacts (e.g. APIs, data structures, service-level requirements) when appropriate.
- Identify and mitigate dependencies
- Coordinate together with the different involved teams, the delivery of our products and projects, ensuring that the requirements and specifications are clear and understood, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with partners their implementation projects of our white-labelled solutions.
- Be responsible for product roll-out initiatives, working with: (1) our marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging, and drive customer acquisition and retention, (2) our operation team to ensure training of your colleagues, and maximise process adherence and efficiency.
- Report product and project updates to the management team, and drive cross-functional alignment across the organization.
- Take an active role in improving and overseeing our agile project management methodology, and be an ambassador thereof within the organisation.
Profiel
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en commerce, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous avez une affinité naturelle pour les produits et les tendances technologiques.
- Vous avez l'expérience de la réalisation de projets complexes et de la gestion de plusieurs projets en parallèle.
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration (interne/externe).
- Vous êtes axé sur le client et avez à cœur de fournir des produits de haute qualité.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la modélisation des processus métier de bout en bout et la conception de diagrammes de flux (à l'aide d'outils tels que Miro, Draw.io, BPMN, LucidChart ou équivalent).
- Vous pouvez créer des wireframes ou des maquettes avec des designers et des développeurs (en utilisant des outils tels qu'Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq ou équivalent).
- Vous pouvez rédiger efficacement des spécifications claires (y compris la documentation technique) et des notes de version de produit (à l'aide d'outils tels que Confluence, Notion, Swagger/OpenAPI, Redoc, ReadMe ou équivalent).
- Esprit entrepreneurial, capacité à identifier proactivement les points à améliorer. Même sans la solution, on sait trouver des solutions pragmatiques pour y parvenir.
- Vous êtes ouvert aux commentaires, disposé à remettre en question et à être remis en question avec respect, et vous vous concentrez sur les résultats collectifs plutôt que sur les distinctions individuelles.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de la suite MS Office, notamment d'Excel.
- L'expérience avec Azure Boards et les méthodologies Agile/Scrum est un atout.
- Locuteur natif français ou néerlandais possédant un niveau d'anglais courant.
