We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the development and introduction of new products from concept to production launch. This role combines project ownership with master data management, ensuring products move efficiently through the New Product Development (NPD) process and are accurately set up in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system).
You will work closely with Sales Managers, the Technical Team, Planning and Production to drive projects forward, maintain momentum and ensure smooth cross-functional communication and accurate product information.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Development & Project Coordination
- Coordinate and track all new products from initial concept through to production launch.
- Work alongside Sales Managers to fully understand product specifications, customer requirements and technical details.
- Ensure product timelines are met.
- Liaise with Procurement and Production to confirm timelines, availability and launch readiness for new products
- Coordinate between customer and the Technical Team for formulation, materials and technical approvals.
- Maintain clear project documentation, timelines and communication across teams.
ERP & Master Data Management
- Create and maintain articles in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing structures.
- Ensure master data accuracy for all products, including specifications, costs (together with Procurement) and production routing.
- Monitor product data integrity and maintain up-to-date system records.
- Identify and implement improvements to data management and NPD processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Technical and Production.
- Attend project meetings, take notes and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Support smooth communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on product data and NPD processes.
