About this job
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team in a 2-shift system.
Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenThe Packaging Supervisor oversees the efficient and high-quality execution of all packaging activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Starting up and guiding the packaging process.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinating the team within the packaging department.
- Resolving operational issues and driving process optimisation.
- Reporting progress and bottlenecks to the Production Manager.
- Verifying packaging orders and supporting communication between production planning and finished-goods storage.
- Supporting the further implementation of the MES and ERP systems on the packaging floor.
Profiel
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- Experience in a production environment, preferably within the food industry.
- A motivated, flexible, and hands-on mentality.
- Strong technical insight and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Good command of the English language.
- Willingness to work within a 2-shift system.
- Solid computer skills.
