For a large and growing logistics in Oostkamp specialised in frozen goods, we're looking for an orderpicker to join the day shift team in the freezer warehouse. Do cold temperatures not scare you at all and do you speak English well? Then don't hesitate to apply, because the company is very welcoming to speakers of Dutch and English!
The job
As an orderpicker, you play a crucial part in the company’s logistical process. You work in the freezer every day to prepare orders for supermarkets throughout Europe.
Your responsibilites include:
- Making orders based on order lists
- Preparing completed orders for shipment
- Taking the orders to the loading docks for the trucks
You do all of this using an electrical pallet truck (also known as an "EPT").
Profiel
Be sure to apply if you:
- Have experience in orderpicking or other warehouse work
- Aren't afraid of physically heavy work in a freezer environment
- Have your own transport to the company (no public transport nearby)
Experience with an electric pallet truck (EPT) is a big plus, but not required.
