Order & Customer Support Administrator

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for the Order Processing & Customer Support team at the EMEA headquarters in Mechelen. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers and building strong relationships.
Your responsibilities as a Order & Customer Support Administrator:
- Review product availability daily to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Create new sales orders efficiently and without delay.
- Monitor daily and weekly open orders, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring clear communication with customers and the sales team.
- Proactively strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers by tracking daily activities, following up on interactions, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Provide key information to dealers, including order status, pricing, product availability, and shipping details.
- Serve as the primary commercial administrative contact for customers.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to resolve any customer credit issues.
Profiel
What skills do you need:
- Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, any additional languages are a plus.
- Customer Service experience is highly valued and considered a significant advantage.
- You are hands-on, customer-oriented, and remain calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving is in your DNA; you always seek solutions for your clients.
- Teamwork is at the heart of everything you do.
- You’re proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with SAP is a bonus.
- Communication is key.
