For a leading chocolate producer located on the Belgian coast, we are looking for an enthusiastic production operator. In this facility, you'll help create delicious pralines, chocolate seashells and bars alongside a clos-knit team of around 100 colleagues.
As a operator, you ensure the production lines run efficiently. You monitor safety, productivity and quality whil organizing your team with enthusiasm.
- Set up, start, operate and convert production lines as needed.
- Organize the work at your line and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Monitor production orders and ensure strict quality control.
- Check deliveries, perform intake inspections, and log production data.
- Resolve minor malfunctions independently and call technical support when needed.
- Maintain order, hygiene, and safety according to standards.
- Support the packaging team when required.
- Participate in internal safety and quality trainings.

- You preferably have experience as an operator in a production environment.
- Experience in chocolate production is a strong plus.
- You are organized and able to set clear priorities.
- You perform well under pressure and keep an overview.
- You take responsibility and communicate clearly with your team.
- You value hygiene, safety, and consistent product quality.
- You are honest, respectful, and a team player.
- You are eager to learn and highly involved in the production process.
- You are willing to work in a two-shift schedule.
Opleiding: No specific degree required, but production experience is a plus.
Vakkennis: Knowledge of production processes and basic technical insight.
Talenkennis: Good command of English is required.
Attesten: No specific certificates required.
