As a Marketing Content Specialist at Luminex Network Intelligence, you are the storyteller behind the technology powering the world’s most spectacular live experiences (festivals, tours, sporting events …) and high-performance entertainment venues.
Operating in the dynamic and fast-paced live entertainment and touring market, as well as in the continuously evolving fixed installation sector, you write compelling use case stories that resonate with production companies, rental partners, system integrators, consultants and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
1 | Content Creation:
- Generate engaging blog posts, articles, and case studies to showcase Luminex products, solutions, and industry expertise.
- Develop compelling and relevant content for the company’s website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to incorporate detailed product information and knowledge into significant case studies, web and social media content.
2 | Social Media Management:
- Create and curate high-quality, shareable content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong online presence.
- Work in tandem with product marketing to ensure accurate representation of products and features in social media campaigns.
- Implement social media campaigns specific to each platform to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and engage with the community on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
3 | Press Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with press contacts to enhance the company’s media presence.
- Manage press releases, coordinating with internal teams to gather information and ensuring timely distribution.
- Follow up on press publications, assess their impact, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4 | Marketing Tools:
- Utilize marketing tools for email campaigns, ensuring consistent and targeted communication with leads and customers.
- Leverage CRM input for nurturing leads and providing relevant information.
5 | Community Engagement:
- Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and industry professionals through social media interactions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in a timely and professional manner.
6 | Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of web and social media content using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
