- Manage daily facility operations, preventive & corrective maintenance, and small office projects.
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring professional and friendly service.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering requests, and front-of-house activities.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and related financial follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profiel
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
- Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Comfortable working under pressure and interacting with high-profile clients.
- Team player open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing development.
