Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and support warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce errors
- Collaborate with other departments (logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless operations
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track performance and operations
Profiel
Ideal Profile
- Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
- Good command of French, English, and Dutch
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of WMS and inventory management
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
- Good communication with multicultural teams
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
