Functieomschrijving
You support clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies:
- Support day-to-day clinical supply activities, including receipt, storage, labeling, inventory management, distribution, returns, and destruction
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to support department operations
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GxP standards, and client requirements
- Maintain accurate data, documentation, and inventory records in electronic systems
- Track inventory levels and expiration dates and prepare regular status reports
Profiel
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant education or vocational training
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
- Intermediate English skills with good written and verbal communication
