Letting and Sales Consultant
Functieomschrijving
- Identify and secure new leasing or sales mandates in the Brussels and Wallonia regions.
- Advise landlords and occupiers on market trends, pricing, lease/sale terms and negotiation strategies.
- Prepare proposals, marketing materials, listing documentation, letters of intent, and contracts.
- Manage the full deal process: prospecting, client meetings, property viewings, offer negotiation and contract signing.
- Maintain and update an active pipeline of properties and clients; monitor market supply/demand dynamics.
- Liaise with other service lines (valuation, investment, design & build) to offer integrated solutions.
- Cultivate networks with brokers, property owners, developers and institutional clients.
- Achieve individual sales/leasing targets and contribute to the team's commercial growth.
Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business or related field.
- 3+ years (or more) of experience in commercial property letting or sales (office/industrial/retail) in Belgium.
- Fluent in French with a good command of Dutch
- Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills and results-orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-starter, proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good understanding of the Belgian real-estate market, product types and transaction processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or transaction tools.
