The Manager of the Learning & Experience Team leads the design, innovation, and continuous improvement of AHLEX’s training and experience offering.
This role ensures coherence, pedagogical quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with AHLEX’s strategic ambitions across all learning products and formats.
The Manager acts as both a team leader and a strategic product owner, driving the development of new programs, supporting commercial growth through customer insights.

Profiel
Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating a learning design or training development team.
Proven capacity to work hands-on in instructional design, content creation, digital learning, or experiential training development.
Background in regulated or compliance-driven training environments; aviation or safety sector experience is an asset.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational abilities; able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving, and innovation-led environment.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and preferably immersive or simulation technologies.
Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.
