IT Manager (Infrastructure & POS)

- Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, VMware/ESX, Azure cloud, storage, and databases.
- Improve infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.
- Modernize and simplify legacy systems with cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee daily IT operations and ensure high uptime for critical systems.
- Manage POS support and IT helpdesk to meet SLAs across all locations.
- Oversee IT assets, software licensing, and inventory.
- Track and report operational KPIs.
- Lead and develop a small infrastructure and operations team.
- Oversee access control, risk management, and security compliance.
- Support incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Lead infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, data center improvements, and new store openings.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Strong skills in networking, VMware/ESX, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, DR/backup, and POS technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
