You will be actively involved in projects that help enhance our HR Department through a blend of administrative excellence, strategic insight and employee-focused initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Contribute to define roles and updating job descriptions.
- Help refine interns onboarding experience.
- Support on draft procedures and analytics for reporting and decision-making process.
- Assist in designing compensation frameworks including variable objectives for internal coherence.
- Assisting in establishing and tracking HR Metrics.
- Take part in ad hoc HR projects (Pay transparency, competency matrix, People development, Programme for internship...).
Profiel
You are a final-year Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- You are looking for a full-time school internship for at least 3 months.
- You have an international mindset, and you are open to new ways of working and thinking.
- You can express yourself fluently in French and/or Dutch with a good command of English, a minimum level of B2.
- You can work independently and collaborate in a team.
- You are multi-tasked, administratively very precise and have a good organizational skill.
- You have good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office Applications.
- You are eager to learn about HR World and to contribute to various HR projects.
- You can adapt easily in a constantly changing environment.
