As a Hygiene & Cleaning Coordinator your responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
- Lead and train a team of cleaning staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate hygiene best practices.
- Manage the budget and resources for cleaning and sanitation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of cleaning procedures and outcomes.
- Respond promptly to any hygiene-related incidents or emergencies.
Profiel
A successful Hygiene & Cleaning Coordinator should have:
- Degree in engineering or similar by experience
- Experience in food or chemical industry hygiene management
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Assertive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
