HR/Payroll Officer - Brucargo Area
Functieomschrijving
- Process monthly payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat.
- Manage personnel files and follow up on contracts, absences, and social documents.
- Advise employees on salary, benefits, and HR-related questions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in HR, administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
- Good knowledge of Belgian labor law.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and strong communicator
