HR Generalist - Brussels

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters
Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Support recruitment efforts, including interviews and offer management
Manage payroll input, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Coordinate training and development activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
Contribute to HR projects such as performance management and wellbeing initiatives
Profiel
Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a strong asset)
Solid understanding of Belgian labor law and HR procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (experience with payroll tools is a plus)
