HR Assistant

Functieomschrijving

Toyota Motor Europe People & Innovation team (HR) is looking for an interim to support different teams within the division 

Reward:

  • Support preparation and coordination of the annual base salary review (BSR) cycle.

  • Consolidate, track, and quality-check reward-related data and inputs.

  • Support information gathering for salary suspensions and special cases.

  • Prepare standard reward letters and communications using approved templates.

  • Maintain trackers, documentation, and structured records for reward processes.

  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and data support to the Reward team.

People Engagement:

  • Teambuilding expense administration

  • PR/PO management

  • Inbox management

Talent Acquisition:

  • PR/PO management

  • Inbox management

  • Approval of internship requests in the system

  • Posting / un posting of internship ads in University websites

  • Support Internal job posting implementation by adjusting email into the system

  • Review of on-boarding material / communication 

  • Catch up on missing documents. 

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, business management, or a related discipline,

  • Minimum 2 year experience in an administrative area, ideally in HR

  • Team player

  • Detailed and structured

  • Can work independently and with limited supervision

  • Can work with different teams on various number of topics (flexible and versatile)

  • Very good knowledge of Sharepoint and Oracle

  • Very good level of English
