Functieomschrijving
- Lead the recruitment process for IT talent across different services.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding all recruitment-related matters.
- Publish job vacancies on appropriate channels (job boards, social media, etc.) and keep the ATS system updated.
- Actively source candidates through databases, social networks, and direct search activities.
- Screen CVs, conduct selection interviews, and assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate the full selection process through to hiring, including salary proposal preparation.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment aligned with the responsibilities of the role.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with operational knowledge of the other language and English.
