Freelance Scrum Master
Functieomschrijving
You facilitate agile processes within the team, ensuring that Scrum principles and practices are properly followed. You organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You removes impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and supports continuous improvement. You act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment. Additionally, you coach your team members in agile methodologies and help build a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Profiel
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience)
- Senior professional experience as Scrum Master & in Software development
- Experience with Miro & working in a LeSS environment
- You work in English and understand Dutch & French
