Freelance QHSE Manager
Functieomschrijving
- Take ownership of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality across the site, including clarification of roles and responsibilities
- Lead and follow up on concrete on-site technical and operational projects (SHEQ is not a purely staff function)
- Manage and oversee technical projects related to infrastructure, installations, and flow meters
- Coordinate, prepare, and support external audits, inspections (including Seveso), and visits by authorities
- Ensure approval, follow-up, and compliance of new installations while addressing incidents and breakdowns
Profiel
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Proven experience in SHEQ within a highly regulated and complex industrial environment
- Strong technical and operational mindset with hands-on involvement on site
- Solid project management skills applied to technical and infrastructure-related projects
