Our client is an international industrial production company operating large-scale manufacturing facilities.
Freelance Project Engineer EIA
Functieomschrijving
- Validate and technically challenge P&IDs, M&I lists, low-voltage schematics, cable calculations and electrical network architecture prepared by external engineering partners.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable electrical regulations (including AREI) and internal safety standards.
- Translate plant and operational requirements into clear EIA specifications and validate Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
- Coordinate closely with process, mechanical and automation disciplines, while leading and challenging external integrators.
- Supervise on-site execution, support commissioning, validate as-built documentation and ensure structured handover to operations.
Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Electromechanics.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in industrial EIA projects within a production environment (Food & Beverage is a strong asset).
- Strong expertise in low-voltage installations, instrumentation, industrial networks, P&ID interpretation and FDS validation.
- Solid knowledge of AREI and industrial electrical standards.
- Dutch and English required; French is a plus,
