Freelance Maintenance Engineer
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans to ensure plant reliability.
- Define and implement the shutdown methodology and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct root cause and failure analyses to identify and correct issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, internal procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor and report maintenance performance, downtime, and reliability data.
Profiel
Freelance Maintenance Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, project, or reliability engineering.
- Strong technical background with solid knowledge of rotating equipment and corrosion/erosion issues.
- Analytical and structured, with strong problem-solving and planning skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in Dutch or English, with excellent communication skills.
