Freelance HR Advisor
Functieomschrijving
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for a specific practice group, from execution to reporting, in collaboration with the internal recruiter.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and international secondments for employees joining or leaving the Belgian office.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for business services staff on all HR-related matters.
- Contribute to transactional and transformational HR projects, including performance management, wellbeing, and remuneration.
- Work closely with the HR team, partners, and managers, reporting to the Head of HR Belgium.
Profiel
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience within a law firm
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role within a professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a client-oriented approach.
- Pragmatic, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality HR services.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.
