Financial Controller Europe - Pharma - Brussels

For their office in Brussels, they are currently looking for a Financial Controller who will take responsibility for several countries within the European scope.

Our client seeks a Financial Controller to manage financial activities across several European entities. The role covers accounting, controlling, forecasting and project oversight in a regulated environment.

• Ensure accurate P&L recognition and support monthly closings.
• Coordinate statutory reporting with local teams.
• Analyze budget variances and interpret key financial KPIs.
• Prepare clear management reports and dashboards.
• Oversee AR and AP processes, including invoices and payments.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and cost planning.
• Track project costs, revenues, and margins.
• Identify risks and advise on mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Assist with audits and financial reviews.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting & Controlling.
• Experience in an international environment is an asset.
• Strong analytic skills and a business-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Trilingual is a big plus!
