Financial Controller/Assistant

As part of the development of our activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Financial Controller/Assistant. You will work closely with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and actively contribute to financial monitoring and performance analysis, supporting both local teams and management in Belgium and France.

Your responsibilities :

• You will play a key role in the administrative, financial, and analytical follow-up of the company, in close collaboration with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and management in France.
• Ensure administrative and accounting follow-up: validation, booking, and issuance of invoices, optimization of tools (Excel).
• Participate in monthly closings in collaboration with EY (cut-off of costs and revenues).
• Manage declarations (VAT and statutory obligations).
• Organize and monitor payments and cash flow.
• Perform monthly performance analyses (margins, sites, clients, personnel) and provide reporting to management.
• Contribute to client invoicing, pricing, and revenue development.
• Participate in audits, internal control, and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor depreciation and advise management on financial matters.

What you bring :

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

- Excellent command of English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken).

- Strong Excel skills and interest in financial data analysis.

- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management.
