Freelance Business Unit Controller

As a Freelance Business Controller , your responsibilities are:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Deliver detailed performance analysis across international business units
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting to central controlling
- Work extensively with Excel-based reporting tools and financial models
- Support financial planning processes and business decision-making
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the affiliate and international teams
- Ensure consistency and reliability of financial data
- Operate autonomously in managing daily controlling activities
- Report directly to the Business Controlling Director
Profiel
A successful Freelance Business Controller should have:
- Proven experience as a Business Controller, preferably in an industrial sector
- Strong experience in international or complex organizational environments
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (key requirement)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Languages: Dutch + English + French (professional level)
