In this role, Senior Financial Business Partner, you will lead and coordinate comprehensive controlling activities while acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end controlling activities, including business controlling, cost controlling, and financial reporting
- Defining and driving the annual controlling roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and effective execution throughout the year
- Leading the budgeting process, forecast cycles, and multi-year financial planning in close collaboration with finance stakeholders
- Supporting the monthly closing process in coordination with accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring financial performance, identifying variances versus targets, and proposing corrective actions to senior management
- Designing and maintaining management and operational reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews
