- Oversee:
- Security operations (weekday/weekend)
- Building maintenance (roofing, painting, HVAC, civil works)
- Cleaning services (deep cleaning, glass washing, sanitary accessories)
- Green maintenance, pest control, legionella management
- Technical installations (barriers, gates, fencing)
- Staff restaurant and vending services
- Manage tasks from request to completion (A-Z)
- Monitor contractual SLAs and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Coordinate preventive and corrective interventions
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Profiel
- Solid technical and construction knowledge
- Familiarity with ICT tools (SAP, MS Office)
- Understanding of labor and safety regulations
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills for purchasing services and materials
- A proactive team player and motivator
- Dutch & English Speaking
