At Crop's we are looking for a technician for the entire machine park.
- A contract of indefinite duration.
- Remuneration is tailored to your profile and experience + shift bonus
- After 21 days you will receive meal vouchers of €8/day.
- 20 vacation days and 6 ADV days.
You and your fellow technicians are jointly responsible for the preventive and curative maintenance of the machines. While doing so, you look for solutions too ensure that recurring issues no longer occur.
- When converting and starting up a new production or packaging line,as technician, you will assist the operator.
- As technician, you will actively consider improvements to the existing machinery.
- You will be engaged to make adjustments and improvements to buildings and industrial facilities, both electrical and mechanical.
- Working in 2 shifts in a cold environment (6°Celsius)
Profiel
- As a technician at Crop's you preferably have a degree in a technical field and a minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar position.
- In order to communicate with colleagues in production, it is a must that you speak both Dutch, English or French
- The technician is a stad in engineering and can relate to the (food) production environment.
- You prevent machine downtime by your great knowledge of electro(mechanics) and hydraulics or you can ensure that the problem is solved as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Flexible, calm team player as you are, you jump to the rescue when unexpected problems rise or an colleague is absent. When technical problem arise, you stay calm and take an analytic, creative approach to solving them.
- You have a great eye for quality and like to work safely, neatly and clean.
