As our
EHS Compliance Coordinator, you work closely with the operational EHS Coordinators who are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up on the shop floor, while you ensure overall structure, compliance and consistency within the EHS management system across the organization.
Job Summary As
EHS Compliance Coordinator, you are the owner of the EHS management system and ensure that processes, procedures and reporting are structured, compliant and audit-ready. You translate EHS legislation and ISO standards into clear, workable systems that support the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, working with systems and having real impact behind the scenes.
Job Responsibilities - Own, manage and continuously improve the EHS management system
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Translate EHS legislation and requirements into clear procedures and processes
- Manage EHS documentation, training records and system governance
- Coordinate, prepare and support internal and external audits
- Monitor EHS KPIs, dashboards and reporting
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions from a system perspective
- Support incident and near-miss reporting and analysis within the system
- Collaborate closely with operational EHS Coordinators and internal stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for EHS system-related questions and improvements
