They handle both road/air and ocean freight and are currently looking for a documentation specialist for their Antwerp branch.
Documentation Specialist
Functieomschrijving
- You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
- You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
- You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the internal network, carriers, and customers;
- You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
- You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.
Profiel
Our new documentation specialist has at least 2 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding.
You also recognise yourself in following aspects:
- You have strong documentation and Letter of Credit knowledge;
- You are familiar with Incoterms;
- Computer literacy: MS-Office
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
- You are willing to come to the office daily (remote work is not possible);
- You work accurately and organized
- Stress-resistant and can work under time pressure;
- You communicate easily with colleagues and customers.
