Document Control Specialist

Join a growing and international environment where you play a key role in maintaining a compliant document management process. As a Document Control Specialist, you will:
- Manage site document control systems and related workflows
- Review new and updated documents to ensure alignment with global and site procedures
- Support users with electronic document management tools
- Oversee the periodic review of procedures
- Issue batch documentation supporting GMP manufacturing
- Reconcile GMP documents following lifecycle requirements
- Create and issue GMP logbooks
- Manage storage, retention, and archival of GMP records
- Perform tasks according to cGMP, quality systems, and safety policies
- Review and approve SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Profiel
- bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- First expierience in a relevant job.
- Preferably familiar with GMP environments
- Knowledge of GxP Quality Systems and relevant guidelines (21 CFR, ICH Q10, EU GMP/GDP, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
