We are currently seeking a Data Reporting Administrator to strengthen the team in the areas of data management, reporting, and analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate reports, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement.
Your responsibilities as a Data Reporting Administrator:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of information
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process or performance optimization
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across all reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and validate relevant data
- Provide administrative and operational support to improve the efficiency of reporting processes
Profiel
The Data Reporting Administrator we're looking for has the following profile:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel Power Query and Power BI, including advanced functions and data manipulation
- Hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
- Business proficiency in English (very good level required)
- Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Romanian
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring clear reporting and effective collaboration
- Passion for working with numbers, with a strong interest in economic and market analysis
- Familiarity with SAP BO is a plus
