Responsibilities for the Customer Service (M/F/X) role include:
- Managing orders in oracle
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services and orders to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer friendly manner.
- Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Profiel
Qualifications required for the Customer Service (M/F/X) position:
- Experience in a B2B customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. Any other Nordic language is an asset! (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish and English)
- Customer oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution oriented manner.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
