Customer Service Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams to evaluate maintenance and service proposals and build strong relationships with key partners
- Define and track after-sales KPIs to ensure excellent customer service and operational availability
- Act as the first escalation contact, resolving customer issues efficiently via service ticketing
- Coordinate incident management, spare parts distribution, helpdesk training, and post-installation support
- Respond to inquiries from customers and partners, and collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Enhance customer experience, monitor service performance trends, and manage your own client portfolio
- Provide insights and feedback on technical improvements to internal teams and proactively streamline processes

Profiel
Your Profile:
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with solid English skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within e-mobility
- Confident user of CRM and ticketing systems
- Analytical, well-organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and projects
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; a team player committed to safe work practices and collective success
