As a Credit Controller your responsibilities are:
- Keep a close eye on outstanding invoices and follow up with customers by phone and email.
- Ensure incoming payments are correctly allocated.
- Discuss payment terms and set up repayment plans with clients.
- Take full ownership of your own customer portfolio.
- Send friendly yet firm payment reminders using SAP.
- Collaborate smoothly with different internal departments.
- Monitor cash flow and contribute to reporting.
Profiel
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- You've recently graduated in Administration, Finance, or a related field, or you already have some experience in credit control.
- You have strong Dutch and English skills; French is a nice bonus.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Confident with MS Office, Teams, and Excel.
- You take initiative and enjoy solving problems.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team.
