Functieomschrijving
As Business Developer, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, identify prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Build a strategic vision of the market: trends, competitors, new segments, regional specifics.
- Promote the company's EV charging solutions.
- Develop relationships with key B2B stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle and navigate complex tender procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of won projects.
- Represent the company at events, fairs and customer meetings throughout Belgium.
Profiel
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- A true hunter mentality with proven experience in Business Development.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, English.
- Experience in technical B2B sales and a strong appetite to learn about the EV market.
- Comfortable working with tenders and long, structured selection processes.
- A strategic mindset: able to analyse the market and build an action plan.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with different stakeholders.
- Autonomous, proactive and highly organized.
