Business Controller
Functieomschrijving
As a Senior Business Controller, you will serve several business teams within Benelux-France region for our IWS business line (Industrial Waste Services. You provide clear financial reports, planning and analyses. Through the periodic closures, you contribute to the annual budget preparation and long-term planning. Together with your colleagues, you present the business review meetings to the management. You will also contribute actively to the further development of business controlling by incorporating new technologies, such as AI.
Beyond your controlling responsibilities, you will lead and manage the Business Controlling team of four in Belgium. This includes coaching and mentoring team members, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Profiel
- You have a master's degree in economics with very good financial knowledge and a keen interest in the business context
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and are familiar with SAP/S4 Hana
- You are accurate, analytical and critical, proactive and focused on continuous improvement
- Experience in people management would be an advantage. Interest to lead and coach the team is a must
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
